From a very young age I lived a life of exploration, curiosity, and determination. Surrounded by entrepreneurs all around me, my family was the poster child of successful business people. However, when it came to my parents, it seemed everything they did wasn't working and failed. How did two highly intelligent people skilled at their craft and dedicated to making it work, fail?

This representation of my real world experience began an inquisitive path for my career that lead me through a 20+ year journey that checked all the boxes. By the end of my corporate ladder quest, I had mastered every customer touchpoint, built successful companies, designed successful divisions, traveled the world, and put my pride in the climb. The result? Teenage children that didn't really know their father. A wife who did all the parenting. A total burnout of body, mind, and spirit. A set of concrete blocks strapped around my ankles, paralyzed by what if's, should have's, and what now's.

My passion today is to free every entrepreneur, every business minded professional, and every soul from the darkness of unconscious incompetence ( the I don't know what I don't know) path. It's said that 96% of all new businesses fail within the first 5 years. The cause? Burnout. Burnout of the unconscious incompetence that steals our time, our money, and our energy.

Today as we work with each business owner, the greatest joy comes when we help them through the actions needed to break free from the weighted  blocks. Many are fantastic technicians, many have phenomenal ideas, and some even had the knowledge needed all along but most need the implementation, the strategy, and the accountability to execute.
